ELLSWORTH, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- For some people the best time to run is early in the morning or late, at night depending on their schedule. But what about running through the night into the morning?

That's what more than 100 racers will be doing this weekend for the first-ever overnight relay in the state of Maine.

The race starts off in Ellsworth and ends in Eastport.

NEWS CENTER's Johnny Mehler got a sneak peek of what those race conditions will be like, and what runners can expect along the Downeast Sunrise Trail.
